Bruno Henrique reflects on 600th game after Flamengo beat Bragantino | OneFootball

Bruno Henrique has made his 600th professional appearance, the Flamengo forward reaching the milestone in a 2-1 win over Bragantino in the 28th round of the Brasileirão.

According to Coluna Do Fla, he reflected on a journey that started at Uberlândia and said he never imagined hitting such numbers. He picked out his 100th Flamengo goal against Vasco in the 2025 Carioca semi-final as especially meaningful.

Born in Belo Horizonte, he played for Uberlândia, Itumbiara, Goiás, Wolfsburg and Santos before joining Flamengo in 2019. He made his debut on 26 January that year against Botafogo in the Carioca, scoring both goals in a 2-1 win.

For Flamengo he has 386 games, 121 goals and 61 assists, with 237 wins and 18 official trophies, leaving him, alongside Arrascaeta, among the club’s most decorated. He is the club’s third top scorer of the 21st century and, with 60 in the Brasileiro, ranks third in the points era and fourth overall behind Zico, Pedro and Gabigol.

In 2019 he was named Craque do Brasileirão and the Libertadores’ best player as Flamengo ended a 38-year continental wait. This season he has 42 appearances for the club, with 11 goals and eight assists, and in a Libertadores run that has reached the semi-finals against Estudiantes he leads the team with five goals and two assists. His contract runs to the end of 2027 and he will receive a bust at Gávea on 15 November.
