Mirassol came from behind to beat Coritiba 2-1 on Sunday at Estádio Major Antônio Couto Pereira, ending a five-match winless run and snapping a seven-match away drought.

In the 61st minute, Pedro Rocha turned in from close range for Coxa after Fabinho's pass. Gustavo Mosquito levelled for Mirassol (64.), converting Igor's cutback. Bruno Santos then struck the winner from the centre of the box, again set up by Igor (84.).

In the eighth minute of second half stoppage time, a VAR check resulted in no penalty for Coxa.

Mirassol goalkeeper Alex Muralha made five saves to preserve the points late on.

Mirassol registered 20 attempts, with seven on target. Coxa produced 17 efforts and hit six on target.

Coxa host Athletico Paranaense next. Mirassol host Vitória next.
