BTG Pactual is in advanced talks to assume the operation of Palmeiras’ stadium contract until the end of 2044, potentially starting this year, according to Nosso Palestra.

WTorre’s role in any new arrangement remains under discussion, and further terms are being kept confidential by the parties.

Palmeiras and WTorre agreed a 30-year partnership for Nubank Parque, built on the Palestra Itália site, with revenue sharing that steps up every five years.

After that period, Palmeiras will manage the venue in full and keep all income from its operation.

In 2024, Enforce, BTG’s credit manager, bought a WTorre debt at Banco do Brasil worth about R$ 650 million tied to Allianz Parque’s construction, and the bank had already assessed taking over the arena’s management.

BTG Pactual also took part recently in approving the deal for the stadium’s naming rights to be acquired by Nubank.

Palmeiras’ share from events, shops, parking and kiosks increases in five-year stages at 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 percent across the 30-year term.

For naming rights, seats and boxes, the split rises at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 percent over the same intervals.
