Bayern Munich clinched victory on Saturday night in the season's first "Der Klassiker," defeating Borussia Dortmund 2-1.

The opening goal came from Harry Kane midway through the first half—his 12th Bundesliga goal this season in just seven matches. Michael Olise then doubled the lead for the Bavarians in the second half. Dortmund pulled one back in the 84th minute through Julian Brandt, but couldn't find the equalizer.

With this win, Bayern Munich remain at the top of the table with a perfect 21 points from 21, while Dortmund sit fourth with 14 points.
