CAF Champions League: Jack Ndala returns to the spotlight
The referee who officiated the Africa Cup of Nations final is preparing to make his return to the pitch soon.
Jack Ndala has been officially appointed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to take charge of the highly anticipated clash between Young Africans SC and JS Kabylie, as part of the sixth round of the CAF Champions League group stage.
CAF has chosen a renowned and highly experienced referee for a match expected to be packed with excitement, especially as both teams currently trail Al Ahly SC and AS FAR Rabat in Group B.
The 38-year-old Congolese referee will thus return to African stadiums after officiating the tense 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final. Despite the criticism he faced for his management of that historic final, he was cleared by the African football authority.
The Young Africans vs JS Kabylie match is scheduled for February 13 at New Aman Stadium in Zanzibar.
