Chelsea locked horns with Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure maximum points on the road. The Blues made a slow start to the contest and conceded the opening goal in the 35th minute when Kevin Schade scored for the home team. Enzo Maresca’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.

Cole Palmer equalised for the West London club in the 61st minute before Moises Caicedo completed the turnaround in the 85th minute. However, Fabio Carvalho scored an injury-time equaliser for Brentford as Chelsea had to settle for an entertaining 2-2 draw away from home.
