The Confederation of African Football has revealed the officiating team selected for the CAN 2025 round of 16 clash between Algeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo), scheduled for this Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Rabat's Moulay El Hassan Stadium. The announcement comes amid an atmosphere of intense pressure.

The match will be officiated by Egyptian referee Mohamed Eid Mansour, assisted by his compatriots Mahmoud Abouelregal and Ahmed Hossam Taha Ibrahim. The fourth official will be Amin Mohamed Omar, while video assistance is entrusted to Mahmoud Ashor.

At VAR, Kenyan Stephen Onyango Yiembe and Egyptian Haggag Hussam Azab Ibrahim complete the officiating crew, under the supervision of Cameroonian assessor Evarist Menkouande. An experienced team of referees for this high-stakes knockout match.
