Cardoso Varela starts on FC Porto B debut at Feirense

Cardoso Varela started for FC Porto B away to Feirense on Monday in the third round of the II Liga.

According to O Jogo, the 17-year-old winger was making his debut for the B team after rejoining in the summer.

His registration was not completed in time for the previous match against Farense, so he only became available to head coach João Brandão now.

The Luso-Angolan had spent the past two seasons with Dinamo Zagreb.

During that period he featured for their under-19s, B team and senior side.
