Castellón have sealed a play-off berth, with ticket sales for the upcoming ties now open.
According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, Álex Calatrava said he could not describe the atmosphere or the excitement as qualification was confirmed on the pitch. Isra Suero called it a dream for the whole city to have the chance to play in Primera, having been set up by Calatrava for the decisive goal against Eibar.
Fabrizio Brignani said the team were very happy to achieve this with their people. He reflected that the season began badly but the side have reached where they deserve, and he asked supporters to be with them.
The club have launched play-off ticket sales under the motto “¿Y si sí?”, and published a guide to purchasing, timelines and conditions for season-ticket holders and the general public. The promotion is not included in the season ticket.
The main notice is clear, season-ticket cards alone will not grant entry. Supporters must obtain a specific ticket for each play-off game, and seat transfer and release systems are disabled during this phase.
Season-ticket holders have two options. They can buy a pack that includes the semi-final against Almería and, if they progress, a potential final at Castalia, or purchase match by match at season-ticket prices.
To keep their usual seat, holders must complete the process via the website’s subscriber area before Thursday at 13.00. After that deadline, unclaimed seats will be released for general sale.
