The federation confirmed the dates and kick-off times for the Copa do Brasil semi-finals. Palmeiras host Vasco at 16:00 on Sunday 1 November at Nubank Parque in São Paulo.

On the same day, Grêmio face Atlético-MG at 18:30 at Arena do Grêmio in Porto Alegre.

The return legs follow on Saturday 7 November, when Atlético-MG host Grêmio at 18:00 at Arena MRV in Belo Horizonte. On Sunday 8 November, Vasco meet Palmeiras at 17:00 at São Januário in Rio de Janeiro.

Home advantage had already been set by a CBF draw. The final is a single match on 6 December at Mané Garrincha in Brasília.

New this year, the runners-up secure a place in the Conmebol Libertadores, so both finalists are assured entry next year. The losers begin in the preliminary phase, and could inherit a group-stage berth if the champions have already qualified via the Brasileirão.

This season’s winners earn R$ 78 million, with the runners-up receiving R$ 34 million, in addition to earlier-round payouts.
