CBF move Sereias v Mixto-MT to 14 March in Mogi das Cruzes | OneFootball

The Brazilian Football Confederation has changed the date, kick-off and venue for Sereias v Mixto-MT in the third round of the Brasileiro Feminino A-1. The match moves from Monday 16 March at 19:00 at Vila Belmiro to Saturday 14 March at 15:00 at Francisco Filho in Mogi das Cruzes, following a request from Peixe.

According to Diario Do Peixe, the fixture will be shown on CBF TV and is the next test for Caio Couto’s side in the competition.

Sereias have beaten Grêmio 2-1 at Vila Belmiro and drawn 1-1 with Cruzeiro at Arena Jacaré. They are back in the Baixada Santista and have almost 20 days to prepare.

They sit sixth with four points from one win and one draw, with three goals scored and two conceded.

All 18 teams play each other once. After 17 rounds, the top eight advance to the quarter-finals, while the bottom two are relegated.

This season marks Santos’ return to the top tier, after winning last year’s Brasileiro Feminino A-2 to secure promotion.
