Celta de Vigo put pressure on Real Madrid coach Xabi Alonso after Williot Swedberg bagged a brace at the Bernabéu.

After a goalless first half in the Spanish capital, the visitors took the lead in the 53rd minute with one of the neatest finishes of the season. Bryan Zaragoza passed for second-half substitute Swedberg who stuck out a leg to flick the ball into the corner giving Thibaut Courtois.

Getting back into the game became much more difficult for the hosts when Fran García was given two yellow cards in quick succession.

Real Madrid continued to struggle but once again suffered two yellow cards in quick succession which led to Álvaro Carreras being sent off early into stoppage time.

With 11 against 9, Celta were able to wrap up the game in style as Iago Aspas threaded a pass through for Swedberg to go around Courtois and casually dribble the ball into the back of the net to make it 2-0.

That defeat means Real Madrid are now four points behind league leaders Barcelona while Os Celestes move up to 10th with their fourth win of the La Liga season.
