Central do Timão follows Record, Desimpedidos on Corinthians’ progress

Last Sunday (22), Corinthians went to Canindé to face Portuguesa in a quarterfinal match of the Paulistão, and qualified after drawing 1-1 in regular time and winning 8-7 on penalties. The Central do Timão team was mobilized in two different locations to cover the match.

In addition to traditional coverage directly from the stadium, the team was also present at the NWB studio in São Paulo, where they followed the broadcast resulting from the partnership between Record, Desimpedidos, and N Sports.

Behind the scenes, exclusive materials were produced that will be published on Central do Timão’s social media. The team also closely followed the Record narration on YouTube, broadcast directly from the studio in São Paulo’s capital.

The broadcast featured commentator Chico Pedrotti, host Zé Luiz, and analysts Bira, Alfinete, and Rudy Landucci. Meanwhile, at Canindé, the coverage included field and fan reports with Danilo Soto, Lucas Faraldo, Gabriel Rubela, and Gil Moura.

Since 2025, Record has maintained a partnership with Desimpedidos for the creation of sports content. NWB professionals participate in the digital broadcasts of matches aired by the channel and are also part of the “Joga nas 11” program.
