Bayern Munich will meet Atalanta and Bayer Leverkusen have been drawn against Arsenal in the Champions League last 16.

According to Get German Football News, Arsenal topped the league phase.

If Bayern progress, they would face Real Madrid or Manchester City in the quarter-finals, while Leverkusen will face Sporting or Bodo Glimt.

Vincent Kompany’s side reached the last 16 by finishing in the top eight in the league phase, earning a bye.

Leverkusen advanced through the play-off, defeating Olympiacos 2-0.

Dortmund were the other Bundesliga club in the play-off, but after taking a 2-0 lead to Bergamo they lost 4-3 on aggregate to Atalanta.

The first legs are scheduled for 11-12 March, with the return games a week later.
