Nathan Jones has been warned about one thing he has done with Charlton Athletic in the Championship
Nathan Jones has successfully steered Charlton Athletic to Championship survival, but Addicks supporters haven't been satisfied with everything their manager has done this term.
The South London club suffered a 3-1 defeat to Swansea City on the final day of the season, but they had already retained their second-tier status by then.
Jones' men ultimately finished six points clear of the relegation zone, while their 2-1 triumph over Hull City on 25 April marked their final win of the campaign.
Charlton earned just one victory in their last nine games of the season, which shows that they have plenty of work to do this summer to ensure they are capable of avoiding an unwanted League One return once again next term.

The Addicks will vie to bolster their ranks in the summer transfer window to help them enjoy a more comfortable Championship campaign next term.
Meanwhile, Football League World asked our Charlton fan pundit, Chris Woodward, what the biggest talking point at his club was right now, and how he felt about it.
Woodward told FLW: "The biggest talking point at Charlton now is how we're going to improve the style of play next season. Jones has done a wonderful job keeping us in the division.
"However, his achievements have been slightly overshadowed by some supporters, due to the style of football we were playing to achieve it.
"We ranked 23rd for possession, 22nd for goals, 23rd for expected goals, 23rd for accurate passes, and 21st for shots on target. These metrics not only highlight the defensive, pragmatic style of play.
"They highlight that this style of play is also unsustainable, and might not be able to keep us up next season. This style of football maybe works when you're scrapping for survival, but not what you need to do when you want to progress.
"Some fans think the formation's the issue, some put it down to the tactics, and some put it down to the attacking quality of our fullbacks, midfield, and frontline, so it's heavily debated at present what the issue is.
"I can get behind trying to improve the football and being a bit more positive. However, I am slightly concerned some fans expect a complete 180 in the style of play and tactics, and completely disregard Jones' managerial strengths and what got us to this level in the first place.
"I think some may get impatient and not understand it's a process, and it will take time. That we're never going to play like Southampton or Middlesbrough, and the last thing we need is everyone at the club to become misaligned.
"Otherwise, we're only going to end up going in one direction, which is certainly not up."

Woodward is right to point out that Jones' footballing ethos is unlikely to get Charlton much further than their current position as a relegation battler, albeit a successful one.
However, the fact that the Addicks have been performing badly in metrics such as keeping possession and scoring goals is also indicative of a lack of quality.
Therefore, Jones must be backed by Charlton in the summer transfer window, to give him a squad that are capable of climbing the Championship table.
The South London outfit's top scorer in the second tier this term, Sonny Carey, notched just eight goals, which indicates that they must invest in their attack ahead of next season.
