Young Chelsea midfielder Leo Castledine will complete a medical at Huddersfield Town on Friday ahead of a season-long loan move to the League One club.
Castledine, who turns 20 next month, will join the Terriers for the 2025-26 campaign after an agreement was reached between the two clubs.
The England youth international spent last season on loan at Shrewsbury Town, who finished bottom of League One, and he will now return to the third tier.

Chelsea were always expected to move the Under-21 midfielder on this summer, either through a permanent transfer or a loan exit.
Castledine is keen for regular game time at senior level, which he received while at Shrewsbury last term until his season was ended prematurely by a back injury he sustained in February.
His longer-term future remains up in the air and could depend on how successful his spell with Huddersfield proves to be.
His contract at Chelsea expires next summer, but there is a clause in the contract that gives the Blues the option to extend it by a further year until June 2027.
