Warren Zaire-Emery is incredibly highly rated in Paris, but we’re about to go into yet another season where he’s not in Luis Enrique’s first XI. He is patiently waiting for Fabian Ruiz to move on, but if that doesn’t happen the pressure from teams like Chelsea trying to sign him is only going to grow.

Football Transfers claim that the Blues are thinking of an ambitious attempt to sign the PSG academy product next summer.

We still don’t see it happening – if WZE continues to start 30+ games a season he can wait another year to be the man for the big games. As we saw last season, he’s only ever one injury or suspension away from being a regular anyway – he played more minutes than anyone in the squad, he just missed out on games like the Champions League final.
