Blues have made their stance clear on three players ahead of summer transfer window
Transfer speculation in recent days has linked the Brazilian with a move to Camp Nou.
Joao Pedro has enjoyed a fine debut season in west London, following a £60million transfer from Brighton last summer, scoring 23 times in 52 appearances across all competitions this term including 15 in the Premier League.
Chelsea have otherwise toiled this season, with defeat at Sunderland on the final day of the campaign confirming a 10th-placed finish in the Premier League.
A thoroughly disappointing end to the campaign fuelled speculation that a number of Chelsea’s best players may look to leave the club this summer.
But Standard Sport understands that Joao Pedro is happy, has no desire to leave, and the Blues have ruled out his sale at any price.

Chelsea last week named Joao Pedro as their player of the season. The striker received more than 60 per cent of votes from the online poll to select the winner, ahead of Enzo Fernandez in second and Moises Caicedo in third.
The honour was confirmed hours after Joao Pedro was not included in Brazil’s World Cup squad, a shocking snub with Neymar seemingly preferred.
Reacting to his World Cup snub on Instagram, Joao Pedro wrote: “I tried to give my best at all times. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to fulfil this dream of representing my country in a World Cup, but I remain calm and focused, as I always try to be.
“Joys and frustrations are part of football. From now on, I wish good luck to everyone who is there and I will be just another fan cheering for them to bring the sixth title home.”

Joao Pedro can look forward to working with incoming Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso, who is set to be given a larger say over transfers compared to his predecessors.
But two players who will not be part of the latest new era at Stamford Bridge are Newcastle pair Sandro Tonali and Bruno Guimaraes.
