London derby Down Under in blockbuster pre-season clash

Richarlison scored with almost the final kick of the game as 10-man Tottenham claimed a 2-1 victory over Chelsea in an entertaining pre-season London derby in Sydney. The Brazilian tapped home from close range after Jamie Donley's effort struck the post, sealing victory for Spurs after Kevin Danso had been sent off just four minutes into the second half for bringing down Joao Pedro when through on goal.

Tottenham had taken an early lead through Sandro Tonali, whose deflected effort brought up his first goal for the club following his £100m move from Newcastle. Chelsea responded quickly as Estevao headed in Jamie Gittens' cross at the back post, and the Blues looked the more likely winners after Danso's dismissal as they controlled much of the second half.
