Chery strikes as NEC Nijmegen reinforce fourth place

NEC Nijmegen beat PEC Zwolle 2-1 at Goffertstadion to stay fourth in the Eredivisie.
Younes Namli put Zwolle ahead in the 15th minute with a left-footed effort after a corner, before Koki Ogawa levelled from close range (39.).
After the restart, Gonzalo Cretazz made key saves from Thijs Oosting and Koen Kostons as Zwolle pushed for another breakthrough.
The hosts found the winner when substitute Brayann Pereira crossed for Tjaronn Chery to sweep in (78.).
Eli Dasa rattled the bar before the break. Later, Vura also struck the frame as NEC Nijmegen pressed.
The hosts registered 10 corners and hit the woodwork twice. Zwolle produced six shots on target from 11 attempts.
