It was an all-Rojiblanco weekend, as Chivas pride showed on every field, in every category and every minute played. Seven wins and one draw, resulting in perfect starts to the season, unbeaten runs and league leads, were the highlights of a weekend that filled La Nación Rojiblanca with pride, fueled by the passion and grit with which every Club Guadalajara team defends the badge. Below is a full recap of the results.
ChivasGabriel Milito’s Rebaño Sagrado thrilled the Rojiblanco Nation once again with an outstanding performance against Atlético San Luis, earning a 3–2 win last Saturday at Estadio Libertad Financiera. The result kept Chivas perfect to start the Clausura 2026, securing their fourth straight victory and placing them alone at the top of the Liga MX standings with 12 points.Guadalajara also surpassed its best starts in the Liga MX era, previously achieved in the Apertura 2023 and Clausura 2019, when the team won its first three matches.
Chivas FemenilAntonio Contreras’ side delivered a convincing performance, defeating León 3–1 on Sunday at Estadio AKRON in Matchday 6 of the Clausura 2026. Las Rojiblancas remained unbeaten in the tournament, reached 16 points and now sit third in the Liga MX Femenil standings.
TapatíoThe top representative of La Cantera Rojiblanca showed determination and authority with a 2–0 win over Leones Negros on Friday at Estadio Gregorio ‘Tepa’ Gómez, in Matchday 4 of the Clausura 2026. It was their second home match at that venue, and the team coached by Pepe Meléndez climbed into third place overall with 7 points.
U-21Chivas earned its second win of the tournament with a narrow victory over Atlético San Luis, thanks to a goal by Hugo Mata. The result pushed Luis Arce’s team into playoff positions for the first time this season, now sitting seventh with 7 points.
U-19The team led by Benny Ferreyra drew 2–2 against San Luis, with goals from Rigo Pinto and Aldrin Mariaca. However, Chivas missed out on the extra point after falling 4–3 in the penalty shootout, leaving the Rebaño in 12th place with 6 points.
Chivas Femenil U-19Las Rojiblancas earned their first win of the semester in dominant fashion, crushing León 6–0 on Friday at Sports Arena. The victory moved them up to sixth place in Group 2 with 5 points.The standout performer was Mía Urbano, who scored four goals and earned her first call-up to the first team. She made her senior debut on Sunday, coming on as a substitute for Alicia Cervantes against León at Estadio AKRON.
U-17Guadalajara kept its perfect start in this category with a third straight win, beating León 2–0 on Saturday, January 31, at La Gigantera. Aaron Correa scored both goals late in the match, as the Rojiblancos remain atop Group 2 with 9 points.
U-15Chivas defeated León 5–2 in Matchday 4 at La Gigantera on Saturday. Erick Ruiz, Santiago Becerra, Ángel Coronado, Yovan Flores and César Quintana found the back of the net, lifting the team to 7 points and third place in Group 2, with a game in hand.
