At the moment, Marco Fabián will remain in Major League Soccer with the Philadelphia Union, who he helped take to the Eastern Conference semi-finals.
Fabián has been long-linked to a return to Chivas, however, he has labelled all the rumours ‘fake news’ and says he has yet to make a decision over his future.
“I would love to have an answer to all your questions and false statements that have been published in recent days about my professional future, but they are assumptions created in order to make news,” a frustrated Fabián wrote on his Instagram page.
“My future is not yet decided. When I know what it is, I will be the first to communicate it.”
In 25 games with the Union, Fabián scored eight goals and added an assist after coming over on a free transfer in February from Eintracht Frankfurt.
