Christ Batola and Enisio Carneiro sign first professional contracts at Troyes | OneFootball

Promoted to Ligue 1, Troyes have moved to secure two highly rated prospects, handing first professional deals to Christ Batola and Enisio Carneiro.

The club said in a statement that both homegrown players had signed until 2029, and will join Stéphane Dumont’s senior group when training resumes on 29 June.

Carneiro, 18, is a right-back who can also cover the left, and has just completed a full campaign split between the Coupe Gambardella and National 3.

Batola, 17, is a powerful, quick striker who has been highlighted for several years as a standout talent, including by the FFF. The France U17 champion a year ago, he scored eight goals in 13 National 3 outings this past season.

He was also part of the France squad that saw its Euro U17 run end in the semi-finals, losing 1-2 to Belgium on the fourth of June.
