Troyes have submitted a €10m bid to sign France U19 international centre-back Tylel Tati (19) from FC Nantes, according to RMC Sport. However, Les Canaris have turned down their approach. Troyes, who are back into Ligue 1 this summer after being crowned Ligue 2 champions, are owned by Manchester City’s owners – the City Football Group. Despite some questionable performances at the back, Tati remains highly-rated by Nantes. Last year, Les Canaris rejected a €30m bid from Chelsea FC.

The outlet understands that the City Football Group have no intention of matching Chelsea’s previous €30m bid for Tati. The 19-year-old defender remains tied with Nantes until 2030 after extending his contract in April. Tati started Nantes’ first two games of the Ligue 2 season. He cost his side an injury-time goal against Laval two weeks ago and was since dropped of the starting line-up.
