It's bad news for the United States men's national team this evening in Denver, as captain and star-man Christian Pulisic has left the side's friendly clash with Australia with an apparent injury.
The Milan man has been in fine form in Italy, but is still looking to reignite his play with the national team after taking the summer off to get some rest.
After making an appearance off the bench against Ecuador over the weekend, Pulisic made the start Tuesday evening.
But against Australia, he was subbed off with an apparent injury before the 30 minute mark.
Pulisic had taken a handful of kicks from the physical Australia side, prompting Mauricio Pochettino to have words with the officials on more than one occasion.
A Haji Wright equalizer has seen the U.S. pull level, but fans will remain wary after seeing Pulisic exit the match.
