Bristol City host Wrexham in the Championship at Ashton Gate on 17 February 2026, with one point separating eighth and ninth and a potential move towards the play-off places on the line.
Bristol City are ninth on 46 points, while Wrexham are eighth on 47. The visitors won the reverse fixture 2-0 in November.
City's recent league run reads win, loss, win, loss, draw, including a 3-2 victory at Hull after a 5-0 home defeat by Derby. Wrexham have taken seven points from their last four league games and added FA Cup wins over Nottingham Forest on penalties after a 3-3 draw and against Ipswich.
Bristol City list Max Bird, Luke McNally and Jason Knight as injured. Wrexham are without Matty James, Liberato Cacace and Lewis Brunt.
Wrexham could lean on Kieffer Moore, who has 10 league goals, plus strong wide service and aerial power, having won 708 aerial duels and delivered a high volume of crosses this season. The Robins have kept 11 clean sheets and may look to Scott Twine's creativity and Emil Riis Jakobsen's finishing. Both have eight league goals, with Twine also on six assists.
A home win would lift City to 49 points and could nudge them into the top six. Wrexham would reach 50 with victory and could also move into the play-off positions, depending on other results.
