City 3-0 Palace, 13 May 2026

Pep Guardiola’s side maintained the pressure at the top of the Premier League with a comfortable win at the Etihad Stadium.

A lovely back-heeled pass from Phil Foden and a smart angled low shot from Antoine Semenyo gave us the lead.

It was Foden’s 100th Premier League goal involvement and eight minutes later, he had his 101st as he helped on Josko Gvardiol’s cross for Omar Marmoush to bury a low shot from close range.

After the break, Rayan Cherki burst forward to slide a perfectly-weighted pass to Savinho who neatly placed the ball past Dean Henderson to wrap up the win.

Palace 0-3 City, 14 December 2025

After Yeremy Pino hit the crossbar, City grabbed a first half lead when Haaland headed home Matheus Nunes’ inviting cross.

Adam Wharton then hit the foot of the post for the home side as they tried to force their way back into the game.

But City doubled our advantage with Foden latching onto a fine pass from Cherki before beating Henderson’s despairing dive.

Victory was sealed two minutes from time when Haaland converted his second from the penalty spot after Savinho was brought down.

Palace 1-0 City, 17 May 2025

City suffered FA Cup final disappointment at Wembley as Eberechi Eze’s first half goal saw Palace win their first ever major trophy.

In what was an incident-packed encounter, Henderson escaped a red card after handling outside his box when challenging Haaland – only for a VAR check to deem it was not a clear goalscoring opportunity.

Omar Marmoush then had a penalty saved by the Palace keeper in the first half.

Despite a virtual siege in the second half, City were unable to force a leveller with Palace holding on to claim the trophy.

City 5-2 Palace, 12 April 2025

A Kevin De Bruyne-inspired City staged a stunning comeback from 2-0 down to overwhelm the visitors.

In an incident-packed game, the Eagles soared into an early two-goal lead through Eze and Chris Richards and saw a potential third by Eze ruled out by VAR for offside.

De Bruyne first narrowed the deficit with a trademark first half free-kick before then being involved in Marmoush’s leveller before the break.

He then set up Mateo Kovacic a minute after the restart to fire City ahead before James McAtee – on his first Premier League start – extended the advantage via a stunning Ederson assist and Nico O’Reilly got his first Premier League goal.

Palace 2-2 City, 7 December 2024

Goals from Haaland and Rico Lewis saw 10-man City twice come from behind to secure a battling draw.

In appalling weather thanks to Storm Darragh, Palace went ahead through Daniel Munoz early in the first half and Maxence Lacroix after the restart.

City – who also hit the post through Ilkay Gundogan and largely dominated territory and possession – deservedly hit back through first Haaland and then Lewis.

An incident-packed South London encounter then saw Lewis sent off late on for a second bookable offence.
