Club Activate Planned Late Window Move For Leeds United Star | OneFootball

Valencia have activated their planned late window move for Leeds United winger Largie Ramazani.

The 25-year-old winger showed signs of slipping out of favour under Daniel Farke during Leeds’ promotion winning campaign in the 2024/25 season.

Farke offloaded Ramazani to Valencia on loan for last term and Los Che have been looking to bring him back again all summer.

There has been a view that Ramazani represents a good value for money option for Valencia, however Los Che boss Carlos Corberan has been unsure on a new deal.

Valencia have been unwilling to meet Leeds’ €8m price tag, but as the window draws to a close have still not landed the players they want.

Los Che are now reactivating their swoop for Ramazani late in the transfer window, according to Spanish journalist Hector Gomez.

The hope will be that Leeds will be more flexible with the end of the transfer window approaching as they want to offload Ramazani.

Corberan thinks that the Leeds star could be deployed in the number 10 role rather than out wide on the flank.

Whether Valencia will be able to come to terms with Leeds before the window closes remains to be seen, but Ramazani is firmly back on the agenda at the Mestalla.

Ramazani is keen on returning to Los Che and has been in touch with several Valencia players to stress his desire to return to the club.

While Leeds have signed a winger this summer in the shape of Harry Wilson, Farke wants more attacking reinforcements and the club chased Julian Brandt for several weeks.

Brandt eventually ended up choosing to sign for Ajax.
