Coach Tedesco and Odgaard’s comments after Bologna vs. Lazio | OneFootball

Domenico Tedesco commented on today’s defeat: “The team showed both positives and negatives. There wasn’t a lot of consistency in the way we played, but we shouldn’t be conceding goals like that regardless. That said, the defeat wasn’t deserved given the chances we created, but we need to score in those types of situations. Reinforcements from the transfer market? Of course they would be welcome, but the Club hasn’t been inactive this summer and have made new signings. We’re a young team, so we need to give ourselves time and keep working.”

After the match, Jens Odgaard reflected on the team’s performance: “We haven’t started the season in the best possible way, and we certainly need to improve. We were disappointed not to give our fans a win at home, but our approach to the game was positive nonetheless. Piccoli and Dovbyk? They are both very good players, and I’m sure they will score plenty of goals over the course of the season. As for my role, it is more or less the same as the one I played in the second half of last season. I have enjoyed it, and I feel comfortable in it.”
