Como have lodged an improved proposal for Moise Kean, a second bid worth €40m including bonuses, according to a post on X.
It was submitted to Fiorentina on Tuesday and represents an increase on their opening approach.
Fiorentina maintain they are under no pressure to sell the forward. Sporting director Fabio Paratici said the club do not need to sell and set out three conditions for any exit, the player asking to go, a suitable offer, and an equal or better replacement.
He made those remarks before Monday’s 4-0 defeat at Roma.
Kean’s omission from the starting line-up at the Stadio Olimpico drew attention amid the speculation, though coach Fabio Grosso said the decision was tactical. Grosso also praised the striker’s professionalism, noting he has remained fully engaged despite the transfer rumours.
