Serie A side Como have been in the hunt for a striker and their interest in Fiorentina’s Moise Kean has now become rather concrete.
La Viola have already signed Mateo Pellegrino from Parma and this is likely to allow them the chance to move on from the Italian.
ViolaNews now report – like Gianluca Di Marzio, that Como have made their first offer for the Azzurri striker. They put forward €5 million for a loan with an obligation to buy set at €25 million.
This hasn’t proved enough, with Fiorentina looking at a higher fee and possibly even more favourable terms to sell Kean. For a figure that totals up to €35 million, they would consider the sale and now, everything comes down to whether Como make another offer or not.
Kean will benefit a lot from playing under Cesc Fabregas’ system, which brings out quite a bit from strikers and makes them score more. Kean’s strength lies in free movement in the final third and Como’s setup will allow him to operate to his strengths.
