Conference League official line-ups: Lausanne-Sport vs. Fiorentina | OneFootball

Fiorentina in crisis play their final Conference League opening phase game away to Lausanne-Sport with Edin Dzeko and Roberto Piccoli.

It kicks off at the Stade de la Tulliere at 20.00 GMT.

This is the last match of League phase in the Conference League, and Fiorentina find themselves in 11th place on nine points, one more than their Swiss opponents.

Pretty much everything is still up for grabs going in, as a victory could send them directly into the Round of 16, or they could miss out altogether on the play-offs.

The crisis is all-encompassing, without a single Serie A win all season, and losing their last two in Europe.

Coach Paolo Vanoli knows the focus has to be avoiding relegation, so he rotates the squad with Dzeko and Piccoli upfront.

Christian Kouame gets his first start of the season after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament last term, with Eddy Kouadio and Amir Richardson also given rare chances.

Robin Gosens and Jacopo Fazzini did not make the trip, while Cher Ndour is suspended.

Lausanne-Sport are missing Nicky Beloko, Oscar Renovales, Ethan Bruchez and Muhanad Alsaad, while Gaoussou Diakite is on international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Brandon Soppy is on loan from Atalanta and therefore a familiar face for Serie A.
