The confirmed Newcastle team v Arsenal has now been announced.

Newcastle United playing their second pre-season friendly of the summer in front of fans.

Last weekend a 4-0 defeat away at Celtic.

That had followed a 4-0 behind closed doors win over Carlisle at the training ground the previous Saturday.

Now it is Newcastle v Arsenal in Singapore, kicking off 7.30pm local time (12.30pm in the UK).

Eddie Howe and his players now less than three weeks away from the new season Premier League season kicking off.

A busy pre-season ahead, with two matches in South Korea, including one against Tottenham.

Plus then two games at St James’ Park to finish off pre-season.
