“Kevin has changed the league after so many years with City,” Conte said at a press conference via TMW.

“A lot has changed for him. The city, the environment, the climate, everything. We’re talking about a serious guy, a real professional. He’s putting in good performances, helping us. But, like everyone, we’re always working to improve.”

During his press conference, Conte confirmed that both Alessandro Buongiorno and Amir Rrahmani would not be available against Milan tomorrow.

This means that Sam Beukema and Juan Jesus will likely start in central defence for the defending Serie A champions.

Napoli are not just the defending Serie A champions, but also the current table leaders with 12 points in the opening four league games.

De Bruyne has already scored two goals in Serie A

After the Milan game, Napoli will host Sporting CP in their first home Champions League game this season on Wednesday, October 1.

De Bruyne, 34, has signed a contract until June 2027 with an option for a further campaign. The Belgian star has scored two goals in five appearances across all competitions so far this season.
