According to Globo.com, the CBF conducted the Copa do Brasil 2026 last 16 draw on Tuesday morning at its headquarters, with first legs on one and two August, Saturday and Sunday, and returns on five and six, Wednesday and Thursday, subject to final confirmation by the confederation.

Fluminense face Vasco, with Fluminense to host the second leg. Corinthians meet Inter, Corinthians at home in the return. Grêmio play Mirassol, Grêmio host the second leg. Vitória take on Athletico-PR, Vitória host the return.

Juventude play Atlético-MG, Juventude host the second leg. Remo meet Santos, Remo at home in the return. Cruzeiro face Chapecoense, Cruzeiro host the second leg. Fortaleza take on Palmeiras, Fortaleza host the return.

Quarter-final opponents will be determined by a further draw, which will also map the bracket through to the final.

This year’s final is a single match on six December, venue to be confirmed. Prize money is R$ two million for the fifth phase, R$ three million for the last 16, R$ four million for the quarter-finals, R$ nine million for the semi-finals, R$ 34 million for the runners-up and R$ 78 million for the champions.
