The Brazilian federation has drawn the 2026 Copa do Brasil quarter-finals, confirming ties and home legs, with three state derbies. First legs are set for the week of 26 August, with returns in the week of 2 September.

According to Globo.com, the draw took place at CBF headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, and full dates, venues and kick-off times will be announced in due course.

First legs, hosts listed first: Internacional v Grêmio, Cruzeiro v Atlético-MG, Vasco v Vitória, Palmeiras v Santos.

Second legs, hosts listed first: Grêmio v Internacional, Atlético-MG v Cruzeiro, Vitória v Vasco, Santos v Palmeiras.

Progress to the quarter-finals has earned each club R$ 4 million, taking totals so far to R$ 9 million. Semi-finalists will collect another R$ 9 million. The prize ladder runs R$ 2 million, R$ 3 million, R$ 4 million, R$ 9 million, then R$ 34 million to the runners-up and R$ 78 million to the champions.

The 2026 competition began in February with 126 clubs. After six knockout phases, eight Série A sides remain, namely Atlético-MG, Cruzeiro, Grêmio, Internacional, Palmeiras, Santos, Vasco and Vitória. All eight entered in the fifth phase.
