Corinthians have responded to the suspension of Fatal Fans branding across club properties set out in their contract.

The club said in a statement that it had been notified of a preliminary court decision via the São Paulo state public prosecutor’s office.

Corinthians will work with Fatal Fans and their respective legal departments to define the measures needed for compliance and to progress the matter.

The note reiterated a commitment to follow determinations issued by the competent authorities and to act with institutional transparency.
