Rafael Rodrigo Klein will take charge of Corinthians against Atlético Mineiro at Neo Química Arena on Sunday, with the hosts aiming to extend their recent improvement under his watch.

According to Meu Timao, Klein has overseen 10 Corinthians matches, yielding five defeats, three draws and only two wins. He has booked their players 35 times and shown two reds.

Both victories came in his last two appointments, a 1-0 win over Barra and a 2-0 win against Flamengo in the Supercopa do Brasil.

Rafael da Silva Alves and Anne Kesy Gomes de Sá will run the lines, with Gustavo Ervino Bauermann the fourth official. VAR will be operated by Paulo Renato Moreira da Silva Coelho.

Corinthians are 16th on 18 points, ahead of Santos and close to Cruzeiro and Vasco on 20. Atlético sit 10th, three points clear of the Timão. Kick-off is at 18:30.
