Corinthians announce new deal for Gabi Zanotti, the Queen of America

Corinthians has confirmed the stay of Gabi Zanotti at Parque São Jorge. After approximately six months of negotiations, the club announced the new contract with the best player in the Americas in 2025. The number 10 will be a Timão player until the end of 2027.

Even at 40 years old, Corinthians' number 10 was a key player in winning the Women's Brasileirão and Women's Libertadores. Besides being the top scorer in the continental competition, she was also voted the best player and, at the end of the year, received the Queen of America award.

Corinthians continues in the transfer market to strengthen the team with an eye on the Copa das Campeãs, which takes place in three weeks. In addition to renewing contracts with important squad members, the management has already announced two names: Rhaizza and Paola García.

In the coming days, the Brabas are expected to continue making signing announcements. Among the names being considered are Ana Vitória and Agustina, who have already played for Timão in their careers. The former is at Atlético de Madrid, while the latter played for Flamengo in the 2025 season.

The Brabas returned to training this Monday (5th) and, on the 20th, will travel to London for the match against Gotham FC from the United States on the 28th at 9:30 am (Brasília time) in the semifinals of the Copa das Campeãs. Thus, the Alvinegro has two weeks to finalize the arrival of the athletes before the trip to Europe.

Besides the Copa das Campeãs, the Brabas will compete in 2026 in: Supercopa do Brasil, Copa do Brasil, Campeonato Paulista, Brasileirão, and Conmebol Libertadores. For the current season, the following have left the Alvinegro: goalkeeper Kemelli, right-backs Letícia Santos and Paulinha, defender Mariza, and forward Eudimilla.
