According to Globo.com, Corinthians are assessing proposals from Ticketmaster and Ingresse to run Fiel Torcedor, ticket sales and facial recognition at the Neo Química Arena.
The functions are currently split, with Ligatech handling stadium access and One Fan overseeing Fiel Torcedor, the box office and the Universo SCCP app.
Ticketmaster’s offer includes advances on receivables of R$ 100 million in year one and R$ 150 million in year two. It also proposes R$ 40 million in direct sponsorship on a five-year deal, with commissions of eight per cent on gross ticket sales and 10 per cent on Fiel Torcedor revenue.
Ingresse proposes a total advance of R$ 400 million over five years, R$ 100 million in year one and R$ 300 million linked to ticketing and membership sales. Operational fees would be six per cent on tickets and a tiered five to 10 per cent for Fiel Torcedor.
Both companies want the full package, including facial recognition. If Corinthians proceeds with either option, it would need to end deals with Ligatech and One Fan. A third, unnamed party has shown interest but has not formalised a bid.
Ligatech’s contract, signed under Osmar Stabile’s administration, allows exit within 90 days of notice, with payment only for installed equipment, estimated at R$ 500,000.
The One Fan agreement, reached under Duílio Monteiro Alves, carries a complex penalty that certainly exceeds R$ 30 million, and termination would take 12 months.
One Fan is entitled to 20 per cent of gross Fiel Torcedor revenue and six per cent of gross gate receipts, though annual bonuses and a R$ five million threshold mean the effective commission is believed to be about 10 per cent. Talks have begun to reduce that rate as part of Stabile’s cost-cutting and revenue drive.
Club departments are reviewing the bids, and the technological impact of any switch is a key factor.
