Corinthians have extended Colombian forward Gisela Robledo’s contract to 31 August 2027.

The deal has been registered in the BID with a pay rise, and her previous agreement ran only to 31 August this year, which could have limited her involvement in the Brasileirão Feminino knockout phase. According to Meu Timao, Fatal Fans sponsorship funds, distributed from 10 August to other sports including basketball and futsal, helped unlock the agreement, with finances the main hurdle.

Head coach Emily Lima said after Wednesday’s 6-2 win over Taubaté in the Paulista Feminino that the 23-year-old would remain at Parque São Jorge.

Talks to extend Robledo’s deal began in the first half of 2026, with her camp seeking a sporting plan offering greater prominence at Corinthians, while she also heard from overseas clubs.

Robledo joined in August 2024 from Tenerife after spells with Atlas, América de Cali and Independiente Santa Fe. She has made 63 appearances, won three titles and is the overseas player with the most outings for the club.

With the new contract in place, she is available on Monday at 19:15 at Independência, when Corinthians visit Cruzeiro in the first leg of the Brasileirão Feminino quarter-finals.
