Corinthians have renewed Gisela Robledo’s contract with financial backing from sponsor Fatal Fans, whose contribution sits outside the main partnership.

According to Meu Timao, the addendum trims about R$ 800,000 from Corinthians’ costs on the new deal, which runs to 31 August 2027. The club and sponsor are expected to outline the investment on social media next week.

The main sponsorship, signed in July, runs to December 2027 and is worth R$ 22 million. It can be extended by six months, potentially taking the total to R$ 31 million.

In July, business director Samuel Ongaratto said the company was pursuing extra collaboration, including formalising an addendum to keep Memphis Depay during talks. He outlined short-term plans to fund signings and infrastructure, focused on women’s football.

Fatal Fans feature on the men’s football, basketball and futsal kits, but not on the Brabas strip. The women’s shirts instead display STI awareness and anti-harassment campaigns, plus messages backing the team.

Robledo’s new deal was logged on the CBF Daily Bulletin on Thursday and includes a pay rise. The 23-year-old had been tied only to 31 August, which could have limited her role in the Brasileirão Feminino knockout rounds without an extension.

The Colombian joined in August 2024 from Tenerife after spells with Atlas, América de Cali and Independiente Santa Fe. She has made 63 appearances, winning three trophies, and is Corinthians’ most-used foreign player. She should be called up for the 2027 World Cup in Brazil.
