Corinthians have confirmed a rotated side for Thursday night’s trip to Red Bull Bragantino, with kick-off at 19:30. According to Meu Timao, the match is at Estádio Municipal Cícero de Souza Marques in Bragança Paulista in the second round of the Campeonato Paulista.
Dorival Júnior has gone with a largely second-string starting line-up, handing a debut to centre-back Gabriel Paulista. The starting line-up is: Hugo Souza, Cacá, Gabriel Paulista, João Pedro Tchoca, Hugo, Luiz Gustavo Bahia, Charles, Dieguinho, Vitinho, Gui Negão, Pedro Raul.
The bench comprises Felipe Longo, Matheuzinho, André Ramalho, Breno Bidon, Yuri Alberto, Gustavo Henrique, Carrillo, Matheus Bidu, Kayke, Gui Amorim, André Luiz and João Vitor Jacaré.
Vagner Mancini’s Bragantino start with Cleiton, Andrés Hurtado, Alix Vinícius, Gustavo Marques, Juninho Capixaba, Gabriel, Gustavo Neves, Jhon Jhon, Lucas Barbosa, Eduardo Sasha and Henry Mosquera.
Mancini is without Rodrigo Garro, who is recovering from surgery on his left wrist, Memphis, who is under load management, and José Martínez, who is awaiting his return to Brazil. Ryan and Félix Torres have been released to finalise loan moves to Fortaleza and Internacional respectively.
Corinthians are chasing a second straight win to strengthen their push for top spot. They have three points and sit fifth, and victory could take them top, with Palmeiras currently leading on six.
