Friday proved eventful for Corinthians and their supporters, with a potentially lucrative weekend built around two finals.

According to Meu Timao, the club could bring in a significant sum with the Supercopa do Brasil and the Copa das Campeãs both being contested.

Corinthians also confirmed that João Pedro Tchoca’s proposed loan to Torino was cancelled after the defender did not pass his medical.

Attention now turns to the Supercopa do Brasil, with the Fiel preparing a major presence in Brasília.

A total of 110 buses from organised Corinthians fan groups are travelling to Brasília to watch the match against Flamengo at Mané Garrincha.
