Corinthians face Santo André in Paulista women's basketball semi-final

On the evening of this Friday (21st), Corinthians take to the court to face Santo André in the first game of the semifinals of the São Paulo Women's Basketball Championship. The match takes place at the Parque Celso Daniel Gymnasium, in ABC Paulista, starting at 7pm (Brasília time).

The Furiosas reached this stage of the state championship after defeating Pró-Esporte Sorocaba in the quarterfinals, winning against the team twice. Now, the team led by Bruno Guidorizzi seeks to gain an advantage in the semifinals against Santo André to have the chance to eliminate the team already in the second game, which will be at home.

Probable Lineup

For the match against the ABC Paulista team, coach Bruno Guidorizzi is expected to send a starting five consisting of Thayná Silva, Tassia Pereira, Yasmim Gonçalves, Licinara Rodrigues, and Alana Gonçalo.

Broadcast

As in previous games of the competition, the São Paulo Basketball Federation (FPB) will broadcast the match for free, with images and commentary, on their YouTube channel via this link. Soon after, Central do Timão will bring a report of everything that happened in the match.

Next Fixture

The next challenge for Corinthians in women's basketball takes place on Monday (24th), in the second game of the semifinal series against Santo André. This time, the ball goes up at home, at the Wlamir Marques Gymnasium, at 7pm.
