Corinthians have named a rotated side to face Flamengo at the Maracanã in the Brasileirão under Fernando Diniz.
According to Meu Timao, the XI is Hugo Souza, Pedro Milans, João Pedro Tchoca, Iago Machado, Fabrizio Angileri, Raniele, Charles, Matheus Pereira, Jesse Lingard, Dieguinho and Gui Negão.
The bench features Kauê, Matheuzinho, Gabriel Paulista, Breno Bidon, Rodrigo Garro, Vitinho, Pedro Raul, Matheus Bidu, Kaio César, Hugo Farias, Alex Santana and Yago Melo.
Wednesday 16 brings the Libertadores quarter-final second leg against Estudiantes after a 1-1 first leg. A win in normal time takes Corinthians through, a draw sends it to penalties, an Estudiantes victory eliminates them.
There are nine absentees. André Luiz is in physical transition after a thigh injury, André Ramalho remains out with labyrinthitis, Kayke and Zakaria Labyad are recovering from ACL ruptures, and Yuri Alberto has suffered a setback with a grade two strain in his left thigh.
Allan is unavailable due to a loan clause from Flamengo that would cost R$ 2 million if he played, a fee the club will not pay. Gustavo Henrique, André Carrillo and Memphis Depay are being preserved for Estudiantes.
Corinthians kick off 13th on 32 points and need a result to halt four straight league defeats, a run not seen for nearly 20 years.
