Corinthians have opened a new health and performance centre to reinforce the club’s land-based sports set-up.

According to Meu Timao, the project is designed to improve athletes’ training and recovery conditions.

The hub brings physiotherapy, nutrition and strength and conditioning into a single integrated operation.

It will be staffed by specialised professionals and fitted with modern equipment to optimise performance and help prevent injuries.
