Corinthians have detailed the absence of Hugo Souza, Matheuzinho and Matheus Bidu for Sunday’s Brasileirão trip to Coritiba. The trio have been rested for the 24th round meeting at Couto Pereira, kick-off 19:30.

The club said in a statement that the starting goalkeeper and both full-backs remained in São Paulo for load management, and no injuries were disclosed.

All three played the full 90 minutes on Thursday, when Corinthians beat Rosario Central of Argentina 1-0 to reach the Libertadores quarter-finals.

In the medical department are André Ramalho with labyrinthitis, André Luiz with a grade 2 right hamstring injury, and Zakaria Labyad with a ruptured left ACL and meniscus damage to the same knee.

Also sidelined are Kayke with a ruptured left ACL, Yuri Alberto with a grade 2 right hamstring injury, and Vitinho, who is recovering after surgery on the meniscus in his left knee.

Midfielder Rodrigo Garro is also out, serving a suspension after three yellow cards.
