Corinthians have reopened talks with Ticketmaster over Fiel Torcedor, ticketing and facial recognition at Neo Química Arena, after the company withdrew its R$ 290 million proposal. According to Globo.com, president Osmar Stabile is leading the process and a meeting is expected in the coming days.
Ticketmaster had ended discussions after the offers from it and Ingresse to the club were made public.
Ticketmaster’s five-year pitch included R$ 100 million in advances in the first season and R$ 150 million in year two, plus R$ 40 million in sponsorship and an upgrade to lighting at the Fazendinha stadium in Parque São Jorge.
Ingresse proposed a five-year deal totalling R$ 400 million, with R$ 100 million up front and R$ 300 million tied to ticket and membership sales.
At present, different companies handle the operations. Ligatech oversees stadium access, while One Fan runs Fiel Torcedor, the ticket office and the Universo SCCP app.
Any new contract would require Corinthians to end both agreements, triggering penalties or reimbursement of invested sums.
Publication of the proposals angered Stabile and sparked turbulence at Parque São Jorge, with factions trading accusations and an internal sweep to find the source.
The Deliberative Council has opened an inquiry via its justice and ethics committees to identify the leak, aiming to protect institutional interests and the integrity of talks. Stabile told the Cori on Monday he regretted the leak and said negotiations are still at an early stage, adding the offers had not yet been formalised.
