Corinthians have lodged a complaint with the CBF’s refereeing commission over Alex Gomes Stefano and requested the audio of his in-game communications from Sunday’s Copa do Brasil last 16 tie at Internacional in Porto Alegre, according to Globo.com.

Players told staff and directors that, while Matheuzinho was protesting, the referee allegedly told the full-back he wanted to see him do it outside. The club want the VAR communication audio to confirm what was said.
